Buchanan’s Start the Season! ~Parade & Tree Lighting~!

Come one, come all!
Buchanan’s annual Start the Season Parade and the Holiday Lighting ceremony takes place on November 30 this year, in downtown Buchanan.
The parade kicks off at 5:30pm and leaves from the Duck Pond, travels down Front Street, and ends at the Commons stage for the Holiday Lighting ceremony.
**If you’re interested in joining in the parade, please report to the Duck Pond parking lot by 5pm for costume judging and line-up. And anyone can join! Kids may dress in costume, decorate wagons and cars and tractors and bicycles, and dress up your pets too! Awards will be given to the top 3 kids’ costumes after the lighting.
The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear!
