The Grand Haven Salmon Festival is filled with so many activities for the whole family. With event presented by local businesses such as D&W Fresh Market, Rycenga Building Center, and Sons of the American Legion, this festival welcomes harvest season and waves goodbye to Summer. Live music, environmentally-focused exhibits, and the celebration of the annual salmon migration makes this art and culture-filled weekend a blast.
Since 2011, this festival has been putting forth all of the effort to become a greener event. (They have a compost station!) For the past five years, 97% of the waste has been composted and recycled.
