It’s the annual Luminary night in Down Town St. Joseph. Come join us for dinner in the kitchen at Culinary Cottage, as Chef Tara present’s this fall’s wonderful harvest of fruits & vegetables! This dinner will teach you how to use all those great farmer’s market finds, to create great fall dishes for the upcoming holidays.
Class is all Hands-On, and limited to 10 students, working in teams to prepare a fresh meal, shared together.
Samplings of 4 different Italian wine’s will be presented with dinner.
All Guests will enjoy full portions of each menu item, and copies of all recipes to take home.
